This car has been great for us, and we're sad to see it go, but we're glad we can offer a solid car to somebody else. My wife drove this car all through college, and she loved it! It has a lot of great features: -ac/heater work great -heated seats -power locks/windows -sunroof -foldable seats for increased storage space -improved stereo w/ auxiliary cord we've always done a good job of keeping the car maintained, and we've tried to stay on top of any needed repairs. The car does have a rust spot over the rear passenger fender, but it doesn't affect any vital parts of the car, and we've done what we can to make sure it doesn't spread. On the plus side we recently had the oil changed, and the tires rotated. We also recently replaced the catalytic converter, and we just put in a brand new battery, so it's ready to roll. The only reason I'm letting go of this beaut is because I'm after an automatic. Although this is only a 5 speed it is geared better than their earlier models. This is my 2nd VW Golf, I've had no problems with it whatsoever. I'm the second owner of this hot rod and have really enjoyed it. Blue tooth, huge sun roof, very cold ac, and a very warm heater. at 80 mph my rpms are just under 2500 Air Conditioning
